The Bothell House we NOW OWN!!!!

Well, we've lived here two weeks almost. Most of the immediate "We need to do this to live here" items are handled.

We still have some stuff in the Everett house, but it's like the dregs of our life. Working on getting it clear.
We have some interest on rental of the Everett house already, so the rest of July will be spent doing the repairs & fixup.

We are still developing patterns to live here. It's so completely out of our experience, that it's a challenge!.
You're downstairs, and what you need is up, or vice versa.


Anyways, it's great. Had the kids up for a cook out on the Fourth. My riding lawnmower experiment was a failure, learning how to commute easily.
