The Bothell House we NOW OWN!!!!

Wow, it's been a year and some already! How time flies!

I never would have thought that I'd own a house this nice, and have a rental unit as well. We'd discussed it, but the reality just never seemed to be there.
The Everett house is holding up well. We've had some maintenance items, but no deal breakers. Yet!

The patterns for this house have worked themselves out. We now remember to carry that which is needed to the floor it needs to be at, minimizing the stairway trips.
The cats have all settled into routines as well, and have learned that the best places to play are in the stairwell when someone is using them, or the Breakfast Nook, where they can slide across the tile floor easily.
They shed in huge clumps, so a weekly vaccuum is required!

We've had some some company over the year. Jeannette and my father have both stayed in the Guest Room! It is a first for us to even be able to offer that!
